At AbbieJaine Aesthetics, client satisfaction, safety, and professionalism are at the heart of every treatment. As all aesthetic treatments involve the use of products, medical supplies, and practitioner time, refunds are not offered for treatments already carried out. Results can vary from person to person, and this is not considered grounds for a refund.
Treatment Refunds

Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

Aesthetics outcomes differ between individuals; while every effort is made to achieve the desired result, this cannot be guaranteed.

Adjustments or review appointments may be offered where appropriate to support the best possible outcome.
Refunds for Products

Skincare and retail products are non-refundable once opened or used.

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days, provided they are in original condition.
Appointment Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule within the clinic’s notice period.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a fee, as outlined in the clinic’s cancellation policy.
Medical Considerations
If a client becomes unsuitable for treatment due to a medical reason identified during consultation, an alternative treatment may be discussed. In some cases, a refund of the deposit may be considered at the practitioner’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy – AbbieJaine Aesthetics
At AbbieJaine Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

This deposit is deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be lost.

If you wish to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit for future bookings.
Medical Reasons

If you become unwell or medically unsuitable for treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
