These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, policies, and expectations for anyone booking or receiving treatment at AbbieJaine Aesthetics. By making an appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

  • AbbieJaine Aesthetics is a private aesthetics clinic based in Basildon, Essex.

  • All treatments are carried out by a qualified Midwife and Independent Prescriber.

  • Treatments are available to clients aged 18+ only. Proof of age may be required.

2. Consultations

  • A full consultation is required before any treatment.

  • You must provide accurate medical information to ensure your safety.

  • Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in treatment refusal.

3. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.

  • Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost on the day.

  • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please refer to the full Cancellation Policy, but key points include:

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being lost.

  • Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

  • No-shows will automatically lose their deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

5. Treatment Suitability

  • Not all treatments are suitable for all clients.

  • If treatment is not appropriate following consultation, alternatives may be discussed.

  • The practitioner reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not safe or suitable.

  • Being refused treatment for safety reasons does not qualify for a refund of completed treatments.

6. Treatment Results

  • Results vary from person to person; no guarantee can be made regarding outcomes.

  • Top-ups or review appointments may be offered when clinically appropriate.

  • Dissatisfaction with results, where treatment has been delivered correctly, does not qualify for a refund.

7. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full on the day of treatment.

  • Cash, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

8. Refund Policy

Please refer to the full Refund Policy, but the key points include:

  • No refunds are given for treatments already performed.

  • Skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days at the clinic’s discretion.

9. Medical Information & Aftercare

  • You must follow all aftercare advice provided to achieve the best and safest results.

  • Complications are rare but can occur; you must contact the clinic promptly if concerned.

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact your final results.

10. Photography & Social Media

  • Before and after photos may be taken for clinical documentation.

  • Photos will only be used on social media with your written consent.

  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All data is handled in accordance with GDPR and UK data privacy laws.

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and secure.

12. Liability

  • AbbieJaine Aesthetics is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by negligence.

  • Clients are responsible for reading, understanding, and following all guidance provided.
