Who I am

AbbieJaine Aesthetics, 11 Braeburn Way, Basildon, Essex SS14 3TU, is responsible for your personal information, and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC101763. Contact: abbiejaineaesthetics@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Enquiries: your name, email, phone number and message, when you use the form on this website.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Bookings: online bookings are made through Aesthetic Nurse Software, which holds your booking and client record.
• Treatment records: your medical history, consent forms, treatment notes and clinical photographs, kept as part of your care.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, book and carry out your treatment safely, keep the clinical records I’m required to keep, and, if you’ve asked, send you occasional updates. I never sell your information.

Who else handles it

The website form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website. Bookings are handled by Aesthetic Nurse Software. Visits to the website are counted by Fathom Analytics, a Canadian company. Each only processes your information to provide their service.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Treatment records are kept for as long as clinical guidance requires. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or in some cases delete it. Email me and I’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
